If you didn’t see our Tuesday Tip on Facebook, here it is again – and it’s a good one! From Claudia Tergis of CT Exclusive Homes (who you may remember from our June Kudos):
A Photo is worth a 1000 words!
As Professional Home Stagers we put a lot of thought, time, and elbow grease into our staging concept and execution. But what happens if the real estate photographer is mediocre or even worse if the MLS photos are taken by a cell phone camera? All your hard work is for nothing! If the captured image doesn’t portray the property and your work from its best side, you and your client can loose potential buyers. Suggest your clients ask to see the photos prior to the property going live on the Multiple Listing Service. This way they can avoid unpleasant surprises. With great pictures you capture your client’s buyer’s attention and dreams, which leads to a quicker transaction. As we all know happy clients equal more referrals for you.
Thanks Claudia! More great advice!
