The Softer Side of Red
February 10, 2010 by beautifullivingstyle
Although red is my favorite color, pink can sometimes cure what ails you. Did you know that shades of pink and peach are complementary to all skin tones? So if you’re feeling a little blue – wear pink! If you can wear pink and look good, why not bathe your walls in this delicious shade so you always look your very best. Pinks with brown undertones will keep your rooms from looking too girly, Balance this sweet shade with comforting neutrals or high-voltage pops of color. I love, love, love the niche above – what a great meeting space for a design professional, wouldn’t you agree?
Graduate your little one into the teen scene by switching out bedding and details. Shades of fuchsia and orange kick this bedroom into high gear.
This bedroom doesn’t scream pink, but instead offers kitty a nice peaceful place to relax.Ready for some pink? Here are my color suggestions…

Pratt & Lambert Coral Pink 2-6, SW White Dogwood SW6315,
